Plain version: I only use what you send me to reply to you. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for anything else.
The contact form collects your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. That's the only personal data this site actively collects. There's no analytics tracking, no advertising cookies, and no third-party scripts running on any page.
Submissions are handled by Netlify's form service (the platform this site is hosted on), which stores the submission so I can read and reply to it. Netlify's own privacy policy covers how they handle that storage on their end.
Your details are used solely to read your enquiry and respond to it. They aren't added to a mailing list, passed to any third party, or used for marketing of any kind.
If we go on to work together, anything you share as part of that work is handled with the same care and stays confidential to that project.
If you want to know what's held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email wayne@clearautomation.co.uk and it'll be actioned directly, no form, no process, just a straightforward request handled properly.
